Lost Track of my dates

Hi,

I've not been online much but we haven't stopped trying.

This past month I've been really busy with work so I've not been keeping track of things on Fertility Friend like I usually do. I just went on there today to see when I'm due on and I realised that I didn't fill it in for last month.

So now all my information is messed up and I can't remember exactly when my period was last month, hell, I'm beginning to wonder if I even had one now!

So annoyed with myself, first I stopped temping, now I'm not even bothering to track my periods. <_<

Any tips for getting back on track?

I'm new to this so have no tracking information to go from yet either Sadly I can't offer any wisdom on getting your info back on track but I'm sure someone on here will

the only way I can tell is by ewcm or trying to remember what I was doing when I had af as mine are horrifically heavy and its stops me from doing everyday things hope you remember if not you will have to bd every few days hey xxx
