Didnt know where to post this as im not dieting but as of today, im sticking to my meals and getting into shape ready to start my fitness challenge in a few weeks. I cant wait to get back to running
I used the wii fit to weigh myself today and it shown 12.5stone!
So far today ive had:
Breakfast - a bowl of ready brek
Dinner - a bowl of veg soup, an apple and banana
Tea - hotdog sausages, onions and chrispy potatoes
So day 1 has now come to an end and i have resisted temptation of chocolate, woohoo
