Didnt know where to post this as im not dieting but as of today, im sticking to my meals and getting into shape ready to start my fitness challenge in a few weeks. I cant wait to get back to running :)
I used the wii fit to weigh myself today and it shown 12.5stone!

So far today ive had:
Breakfast - a bowl of ready brek
Dinner - a bowl of veg soup, an apple and banana
Tea - hotdog sausages, onions and chrispy potatoes

So day 1 has now come to an end and i have resisted temptation of chocolate, woohoo :)

Day 2 - so far so good today :)

Breakfast - ready brek and a banana
Dinner - crispy pancake and beans

Its so hard not to snack in between meals especially when I'm at home, it would be so easy just to go and get biscuits and chocolate! x x

Updated Tea - chicken, pasta and croquets plus 2 chocolate buttons (thanks to OH feeding then me!)
 
oooh good luck M2A i'll be following ur diary.

I am also planning to start in a few weeks (start of Jan) but I want to keep an eye on things over the next couple of weeks & see if i'm losing/gaining each week.

I absolutely love ready brek with banana - duno if u eat the 2 seperate but I have a chopped banana thro the ready brek..really good for losing weight & gives it sweet taste w/out sugar!

It's so hard isn't it hun? I found in the first few weeks I just ate what I could when I could! Now Brooke is a bit easier I'm consciously trying to be sensible and not grabs snacks of crisps and chocolate here and there!

It can be easier said then done though, especially this side of Christmas! Good luck sweetie x
 
Thanks ladies, it definatly is easier said than done especially now Elexia is alot more wide awake during the day and with all the goodies in the shops because its christmas!

Day 3 -
Breakfast - a banana (woke up late and had the nursery run and bloodtests so no time for cereal)
Dinner - three bean soup, one piece of bread and an apple.
Tea - chicken burger (without the bread) oven chips and corn on the cob, got no room for a pudding but if im hungry later ill be having a fruit salad
Another good day up to now :) im back in my first pairs of maternity pants which is great as they are too big on me but the tops of my legs and bum just wont squeeze into my pre pregnancy pants just yet :( x x
 
Day 4 -
Breakfast - banana
Dinner - beans on toast
Tea - Fish cake, croquets and savoury rice (abit of a mismatch tea, but it was yummy)
Been abit naughty today, ive had a couple of biscuits dipped in my tea but im sure ive burnt them off quite quickly x x


 
I fail my diet everyday. Ive vowed to become comfortable with my curves lol.
 
I forgot to write in my diary yesterday, as i was absolutely shattered after a day full of christmas shopping but
Day 5
Breakfast - piece of toast
Dinner - tomato soup and a sausage roll
Tea - Chicken Saag Masala with half rice and half chips

Day 6
Breakfast - a naughty breakfast - toast, sausage, tomatoes and egg
Dinner/tea - a chicken roast

So tomorrow is weigh in day, i dont think i have lost anything but we will see x x


 
Day 7 - weigh in day and i lost 4lb, woohoo :) so after me thinking i hadnt lost anything im pretty impressed and its made me more determined to carry it on,
Breakfast - weetabix and dried fruit
Dinner - Prawn sandwich
Tea - hotdogs and onions

Going to try and add in some gently exercise this week if i can x x
 
Day 8 -
Breakfast - a banana
Dinner - not quite sure what to have just yet but im feeling very hungry

I ended up having tomatoes and egg on toast for my dinner and for tea chicken, pasta and croquets.

I still haven't managed any actual exercise as I havent had time but ive been up and down the stairs getting new clothes, covers ect for Elexia after she has been bringing back her milk also ive been walking around the house with Elexia trying to settle her, so i have been active and not just sitting on the couch x x
 
Sounds like you have made a good start x. All I seem to do is snack, I'm always hungry!
 
Oops havnt been writing what ive eaten for the last few days, i have been sticking to my meals also trying to cut down having sugar in my brew

This morning ive had a cereal bar and a glass of milk x x
 
Woohoo i managed some light exercise :)
120 sit ups
60 side leg lifts (each leg)
60 inner thigh leg lifts (each leg)

Aswel as all the housework ive done today x x
