Sorry if tmi but i had my baby 9days ago and bleeding has slowed down however when I have a bowel movement sometimes red flow is back,not a lot but it's red again. Is this normal when pushing your bowels (I'm not straining) Tia

I had this for about 4 weeks and doc said nothing to worry about, the movement of the bowel help push things down and around
He said only to worry if I bled through a thick pad within an hour x x x x
