LMAO! I Just Got My Arnica!

I ordered it on Tuesday and it just arrived this morning. I was expecting a few tablets... but bigger ones for some reason (I am totally oblivious) but look what I got:

There's like... loads of them and I have no idea what I'm meant to do with them when the time comes or how many to take etc! HELP!

you get it in cream or tablet form, been using it for years!

Ususally get the 30microgram tabs from boots and they're two a day, the lotion should not be used on open wounds etc, so might not be good if you've had a tear!

they speed up the healing process, its particularly good for bruising, as it moves the blood from the skin faster.

It actually brings the bruising out quicker, really good for speeding the whole thing along....or if you are generally clumsy like me

no you can't take them when pregnant apparently I had some for after Serena was born and I don't think they really helped at all...my bajingo hurt like hell for a couple of weeks and it felt like I was peeing acid too.

Think natural mamma was just lucky or the fact the baby should just drop out of you if you are on baby number 4

they will only treat you if you have some thing to treat. they work on a like for like basis.


they will slighly exagerate your symptons to begin with, then encourage your body to heal it self if that makes sense.
