lamb's heart, stuffed with sage and onion. Lovely hot, even better cold, when you can pick the fat off the outside and chew the tubes, YUM!

OOOhh I feel ill - can't stand fat/grissle/cartilage on meat just makes me wanna puke

Not keen on liver - hubby does it quite nice sometimes, i like the gravy with the onions and the taste of the liver - but i find it feels too powdery..
But i love kidney...?

I LOVE liver!! But only with sausages and only if my mum cooks it, I can't even look at it raw reminds me of all those stories you hear about it being able to climb up things
