About 5 mins ago I went light headed a few times, not just your regular light headed...I mean I couldn't talk, I was confused and very dizzy. Lucky I was sitting down!

I don't know why it's happened and it was really scary, has this happened to anyone else?

On the plus side I felt them twitches earlier, like someone described you get in your eye...but in my belly! Went on for ages, i'm sure it was the baby :cheer:

Not good hun...go to the doctors?

I wonder if your blood sugar was low, have you tried a light snack?

Hope you feel better yay to the twitches!

Hi hun..

The dizziness you experienced.. sounds like the dizziness I had in the early months. Make sure you stay well hydrated by drinking loads of water and make sure you get plenty of rest. It's a common symptom.

Congrats on feeling movement!! :cheer:

Try not to worry too much about the light-headedness.. it will pass.. much like morning-sickness.. just remember to drink lots.

low blood sugar sounds like...

even tho you think you may be eating at the right times its easy to eat the wrong stuff.

have some toast and sit down... see how you feel and maybe give your middy a call

xxxx

p.s. ive heard you can feel dizzy and light headed when babba moves for the 1st time.... a quickening x

Hey all, thanks for the replies.

I actually thought about the baby moving and being dizzy after I posted... but I did eat a chocolate eclair after I posted too and I havn't been dizzy since, I have wanted chocolate all day though and as for resting...I have been very lazy today lol.

I had diziness earlier when i got out of the bath and had to have a sit down before i fell! I think its because i havnt eaten all day because ive been ill :( Just make sure you're eating plenty and drinking lots of water x

My mum had this with all three pregnancies, hers was something bout anemia or something.
