browsing thru Blooming Marvellous catalogue, i saw some nipple pads called lilypadz which are like small latex-y things that stick on ur nipples as opposed to inside ur bra. they seem like a good idea as they stop any leakage and also protect ur nipples from rubbing on the bra. just wondering if anyones tried them are they worth buying?

I've seen them too, they look good but have no idea whether they are good or not...still pregnant! Would be interesting to know though.
