Hi Amy
Im always on the look out to as i have many freinds in USA.

Knitware is a great one ive been making "snoods" this year from interesting bits of wool,as is things like cushon covers, slippers, hats, perfume, jewelry, I also send lots of seeds for gardeners, dried flowers and chillies from my garden. CDs, dvds etc Good luck with finding gifts.

There is also a surface mail option if i really want to send something heavy such as a pot ive made if you are thinking in advance you can send it half the price of airmail if you do it 8 weeks in advance. It might be cheaper than excess baggage.
Also if you are buying from ebay/amazone you can off course get the things sent to the address of the folks you want to give them to on amazon you can get them gift wrapped to. For me this works great if i use usa sellers as the postage rate is then domestic.

Good luck

I tend to Look around for lightweight stuff for my cousins in the USA! I tend to buy he girls hair bits, kiddy jewellery, activity bits from elc as their really light!

I have lots of friends in the USA - I usually buy them a gift from a USA site and get it shipped directly. Yes it doesn't look AS nice, but it does mean I can spend more money on the gift...

instead of taking it with you order it on internet and get it delievered x
