What to buy the man who has everything???

As the title says really FIL is the only person left to buy xmas pressie for and we're really stuck if he wants something he will buy it so there isnt anything he wants which makes it impossible deciding what to buy!
His only hobby really is his fish he has a pond of Koi fish, and MIL brought him a new fish tank for xmas but have done the Koi books probably more then one xmas and shes getting him a tropical fish book with tank, really need some ideas!!! Help please!!!

how about some vouchers from your local fish shop if they do them?
or a garden center so he can buy some things for his pond or for the fish

for the man who has everything... or in my case the man who wants computer things that if I buy then I will only end up buying the wrong thing...

I got DH's pressie from here... and OMG were they fast at delivering..

Thanks for your replies and ideas the voucher for a fish place might be a good idea will look into that had a good look on that site lots of things might be suitable for OH so thanks alot for that, cant see anything for FIL though
