Only just seen this sorry was combination of AF arriving and being in pain, DS shifting my computer for his xbox but he has now set up wireless so I'm on the sofa with his laptop atm and my mobile charger going missing so dead phone

I'm v sorry - thought no one would notice as it was christmas. I did also need a break from thinking about it all - In the new year I'm going to try just to pop on once or twice a week just for a little while, and to try and not think about everything too much
