Maybe a bit early to ask these kind of questions but I'm really starting to weigh out the pros and cons of breastfeeding.

So, I really want to breastfeed this time for as long as I possibly can. Only issue is I have a mega bad letdown reflex (already). I am just wondering how will I manage with constantly being soaked in milk all the time, when I had my little boy nearly 4 years ago I was over producing by 6oz. I just wish there was a way to manage it and not be soaked in milk 24/7.

Can anyone share any ideas so that I can breastfeed successfully

It's a bit of a pain when you are leaking a lot, but it does settle down once the supply/demand has been established. Until then, lots of breastpads, muslins and a sense of humour all help.

You start out over-producing, and within the first weeks your supply regulates itself.
