Leaving LO

My little boy will be 4 months tomorrow, I have left him twice for a few hours with my mum. OH has not even had him on his own, I feel really worried as OH is so careless 3 times he has put LO in his car seat and not strapped him in, he just doesn't learn from mistakes I have to tell him to check his nappy etc it just worries me so much. I would feel lost if anyone took him out as LO is my life xx
Anyone feel the same or been in this position? X
