i am currently learning to drive (even though i drove in the states for 5 years) and i was wondering if anyone knows if its against the law if i go out with my husband driving to have my little girl inthe car seat in the back...i can't find any laws.. but just wondering?

Do you have a USA driving license?

If not I think you need someone over 21 who has been driving on a full license for 2 years with you at all times if you are thinking of driving your car. Oh and insurance to do so of course.

my usa licence has expired... i will have my hubby in the car with me who has held a driving licence for 10 years.. i just didnt know with me being a learner if i could have my daughter in the car at the sametime or not

I don't think its illegal to have her in with you because your allowed to have passengers so I don't think a baby would make a difference?

You should be fine, learners can have whom ever else in the car they wish as long as they are driving legally i.e. provisional license, L plates, insurance, expierienced driver with them.
