Ladies,

I am nearly 35 weeks and currently sat at work trying to get comfortable... But the baby won't let me!! As soon as I sit down the aerobic session starts and she really kick or punches me down below and it hurts. I keep getting up to go for a shot walk but when I sit down it starts again...

Is anyone else like this?

What is the best way to be sitting down? Should I sit with my back straight or is it better to 'lay' backwards on my chair? X

Sometimes i need to lean backwards
As soon as you squish them you end up getting digged all over
Lowdown is the worst place to feel the wriggles though :(

Are you at a desk in a private office? Could you sit on a birthing ball instead? :) Genuinely the most comfortable place to sit! As your pelvis is constantly able to rock/tilt to accommodate baby and not feel squished xxx

Thanks Summer, I could easily take a ball to the office - I'm sure my colleagues would have a good laugh about it tho. Will give it a go! x
