Laparoscopy

Just wondered if anyone knows at what point you will be referred for a Laparoscopy. I have been ttc for over 2 years, age 33, had all tests done and all fine, HSG, internal scan, ultrasound, my periods are 29-30 days on the dot, partners had 3 sperm test and all come back good, just got my thyroid down to 2. I have an appointment this month with Fertility specialist to discuss IVF, I haven't had Laparoscopy though and from reading up on it, its pretty key if you are unexplained fertility as it can uncover things that the others scans / tests cant? Any help / advice / experiences would be greatly received xxx

I had a laporoscopy about 6 months after my first referral- however my HSG did indicate a blockage so they wanted to investigate further.
