Hi all! I have not been on the forum properly for ages (or at least it feels that way).

How is everyone? I'll be having a look at your previous posts shortly to keep me up to speed. Hope everyone had a nice time over Christmas.

Well for us things have moved forwards slightly.

Had our first fertility specialist appointment this week and as a lot of you will know this involves a chat about me and DH as well as an internal ultrasound.

The consultant also went over all of our tests we had done with the GP between July & October last year. So to save you the boredom I will give you a wee synopsis....

My 21 day progesterone is on the low side (i figured that already) so due to my shorter cycles they want to do Day 17 bloods for progesterone. So fingers crossed the results are better.

Hubbys little swimmers are lazy. 1st sample volume poor but second sample volume good. But motility in both samples is lower.

Consented for a laparoscopy & dye in about 6-8 wks - they think that I may have endometriosis.

So rock on to the general anaesthetic and crazy dreams!

Nice to see you back hun.

I just had a lap & dye 2 weeks ago, wasn't anywhere near as painful as i had anticipated and I feel pretty much back to normal now, they burnt off two small areas of endo that they found, also had my ovaries drilled.

Hope you don't have to wait to long xxx

Hi Vicky.

Pleased to read you are doing ok now after your procedure. Were you in and out in the day? What happens now for you?

xx

Yup in and out the same day, found the first 2 days most painful but just made sure I rested and didn't over do it.

I am currently taking metformin and have a follow up appointment at the end of this month where i should find out if I am to go back on clomid.

Hey welcome back Julianne. Glad to hear things are beginning to move forward for you! Still plodding along in here eaiting for my body to kick start ovulating!!
