Landlord problems??

I'm a bit worried because we moved into our house in November last year and I think I remember reading on the tenancy agreement 'no children'.
What are the reasons for landlords requesting this, and do you reckon it's likely we'll have to move while I'm pregnant???
I'm really scared cos I find it all so stressful, so I'm putting off telling them!
Is it more things like toddlers drawing on walls rather than a crying baby do you think???

Any advice welcome....need to get enough confidence to let them know

ive moved twice when im pregnant and you will be fine but you do need to find out sooner rather than later and move when ur 4/5 months cos ull feel best . id say hell tell u its fine... but moving when ur preg is great u can rope everyone in and u can get away with giving orders xx

Haha good point lisa, I'll just stand and point!! Really love my home though so fingers crossed they'll let us stay...

they should . they may tie into ur contract that u may have to repaint if thereare finger marks on walls or if ur child has drew everywhere. but u werent preg moving in they cant legally evict someone for getting preg lmao xx

I would seek advice from CAB before you see him then if he gets funny you will know your rights and can quote a few things; good luck!

id not even worry till your 12wks then find out so you have plenty of time to move i moved yrs ago 4months preg into a homeless parents type place til i was housed was quiet nice there
