Press the gp advanced button and press the paper clip.

On my iPhone I have to make the pictures smaller so zoom in loads otherwise it won't let me attach.

Book yourself in with your midwife!! Every gp is different. Mine used to want a urin sample first but now you just book in with the midwife.
