Iv heard before that some midwife's give you a kick counter sheet, so you can put down when baby kicks to make sure you defiantly get 10 kicks a day?
Does anyone have one, are they any good and can you get them online/write one yourself?

You can get an app from Ovi to help you do it for your phone. Otherwise just use a bit of paper and tally it. xx

does that app go on blackberrys?
and whats ovi, is that a website?

xx

I need one of these... I'm pretty sure I don't get 10 separate movements a day.....

I have quite a few iPhone apps on my phone that include a kick counter but it's just as easy to tally it on paper or in ur head. U should get 10 movements in a 2 hour rest period,if u dint then have a sugary drink then try again. x

Uh... I don't even think I feel 10 movements in 20 hours, let alone 2..... It does happen more at night though, maybe I just sleep through the movements?
Should I ask my MW about that?? :oooo:

I have one in my medical notes you just tick when you feel them kick to make sure they are moving alright. X
