Keep having funny spells): Any advice...

I had a funny turn at work the other day, one minute i was fine the next i felt dizzy and fely my head and it was cold and sweaty. I stood up to go and sit somewhere quiet and another girl said my face had gone really pale and my hands shaking. Anyways i was fine after 20 mins but about half hour ago the same thing happened again.

Does anyone know what this could be? could it be something to do with blood pressure (which has always been fine).

Sounds like either bp or maybe low blood sugar at the time. Could also have been a virus or something....the possiblities

Not sure hun..I'd guess low blood pressure. You should phone your MW and ask for some advice.

I've been getting this for a while but MW was not concerned, but I'd defo say to mentioned it to yours.

I usually get a cup of tea and some sugar in me or anything else to eat or drink, especdially some nice cold water.

It could be a hormone surge. I have these turns about once a month, in fact I had one yesterday in my NCT class and had to run out twice to sit outside.

I keep having these too hun and I think it's low bp. I usually have a drink and a lay down if possible and then I'm fine after about 15 mins. Not much longer though hun!

Thanks for your replies ladies, thankfully had no more since i posted. Its reassuring to know im not the only one having these as i never had this once in my 1st pregnancy.
