Dizzy spells?

For the past week I have been getting dizzy spells in the evenings when I am sat watching telly. My blood pressure has always been good and my gtt came back normal.

Does anyone known what could be causing it?

Could be iron levels hun, i had this with my previous 2. Dropped really low and i got dizzy and actually fainted at a wedding when i was expecting Paige. Best to get them checked as mw can get tablets prescribed for you xx

I had this too my iron levels and blood presure was normal and it was really doing my head in! I still dont know what it is. I have mw wednesday so im gonna ask, if u dont find out before ill let u know, x

this has happened me once or twice too! my iron levels, blood pressure and GTT are all normal. so i'm puzzled i don't know whats causing it. xxxxxx
