kalms tablets

hi everyone I am 22 weeks pregnant. I just took one kalms tablet before realising you aren't meant to take these when pregnant! Now I am worried.. I only took one do you think everything wil be ok ;(

If you are worried call your midwife. X I doubt one would have done any damage but just check just incase.
