Just had the most wierd experience of my life!

I was just stood up in the middle of my living room and i swear, our whole house shook. It took my breath away, im quite scared tbh, ive never felt anything like it in my life. Im quite shook up, its been very windy down here, a lorry was blown over earlier on today and has caused loads of problems, how come this happened?
