Just had sweep :0)

She managed to stretch me to 2 cm and said she could feel her head! Been having a few pains since but think that's cause my body has just been invaded lol!!
Hoping it'll kick things off!! If not I'm booked in again for another on sat then being induced on wed 20th which she said wouldn't happen as my cervix is very ready for labour xx

So jealous my sweep wasn't successful as cervix is closed she said doubt anything will happen from her fiddling with it.

Hope that the sweep gets things moving, your deffinately heading in the right direction if you are 2cm!x

Aw that sounds very positive! 2cms! I have a sweep booked in a week, let's hope I don't need it. Just had my last mw appt and she said head is engaged but that doesn't mean a lot :/ xxx

Fingers crossed the sweep has helped move things along, sounds like you are getting there! My SIL was due the same day and isn't getting a sweep til Thurs, you might had babba by then x

Thanx girls! It did hurt but I kind of thought it was worth it.
Had lots of niggles and I'm very uncomfortable. Only place that's actually comfortable to sit is on my ball. I can't even sit on the sofa xx
