Just got back from midwife

All went well with app. Baby measuring 31 wks but she said nothing to worry about. Bloods all ok, BP normal
Am such an idiot though - wasn't til I got home I remembered I was supposed to ask for my MATB1 today - d'oh!! Work have been asking for it since 22 wks and I have to meet HR tomorrow with the form to discuss when I want to go on leave!
Called surgery and thankfully midwife was still there so she's going to leave it with reception for me.
What an idiot I am!!
