Just been told I have Carpal Tunnel

My hands have swollen really badly in the last week and I have really bad pins and needles and numbness in both of them, just back from midwife and she says I have wear splints on both hands until baby is born . Oh the joys of pregnancy lol, cant wait till she arrives now

I hope it isnt too painful!! Poor you. Can you do anything to relieve the swelling or is that it, you're stuck with it until your LO arrives?

I had to have wrist supports too. I wore them almost constantly at first and then after a few days it really started to help like the nerve calmed down and I only needed them at night. Persevere with the supports it's worth it.

I had this too and wore splints day and night, it soon goes after delivery
