Just a few questions....

So getting all the pregnancy symptoms in free fold now, but I've just caught a cold too I have estimates they put me at 4 weeks but I believe I'm 5 as my monthly has been and gone with only white milky discharge no spotting or brown stuff at all.... is this normal? Can I take anything for the cold? I know pregnancy with changing hormones does being a lot of colds. Having a cold this early wont hurt the baby?
Also below is a progression pic of my tests. Still cant believe it.

No a cold won’t hurt a baby at all. Stick to just taking paracetamol x
