June 2014 Mummy's to be!

I'm now just throwing up pure liquid, which I'm guessing is because there is nothing left in my stomach?! I know I can handle this, I just feel so shit it's unreal! I'm not doing too bad with the fluids, but if I drink a little too much, I'm throwing everything up! I don't know if it's anything to worry about but my wee is so cloudy aswel! I feel like I'm all moan moan moan at the minute when I know there is thousands of women out there who would love to be in my position!

Keep an eye on it as you could have that extreme sickness thing I can't spell which is a problem because you become dehydrated and will need medication and a drip. If your not keeping anything even water down I suggest you don't wait too long before speaking to your midwife or doctor x

So sorry to hear how much you're suffering DaniOwl, sounds horrendous. Sorry if I made what you're going through sound desirable, I'm sure it's not at all. I'm sure I'm stressing over nothing so I'm going to really try and enjoy this time as I'm so unlikely to ever be in this position again. Have you tried the sickness bands? I was reading a few threads where people have found they've really helped. Sarah's right though don't leave it too long before seeing a doctor.

Daniowl that sounds horrid, is that not what Kate Middleton had that meant she had to get admitted to hospital? Defs think you should phone the docs or mw. My mum was sick the whole 9 months with my sister and I, hope I don't get that. Was driving home there and felt so sick, was actually boaking but thankfully nothing. Xxx

Thank you sooo much ladies! I spoke to the out of hours doctors this morning who said to monitor how I am over the day and if it stays the same or gets worse then to go in, to the GP department at the hospital. Saying that today has been much better, I've managed to keep a couple of slices of toast down (ate them about an hour ago) and I have ony thrown up a couple of times today but I'm managing water in very small sips. I have spent most of the day wrapped up in bed asleep so maybe that's why I've not been sick, but I don't care if it works. Let's just hope I stay sickness free for the rest of today. I'm defo going to ring the midwife tomorrow anyway has she still hasn't been in touch :-)

Anyways aside from me; how are we today ladies?!

Xx

My date is now the 22nd of June as it is has been moved after a very early scan xx

Hi girls,

Six weeks today! Super exciting and I can't wait to get my appointment from the midwife. Went to see the doctor and he sent my details off, but no word yet. I did get my maternity exemption card for prescriptions, but they've spelled my name wrong, so I'll be ringing them tomorrow!

Nausea is coming and going, but my main symptom is lower back pain. I've had problems with my back for years, so I don't think that helps.

Hi Mrs C hope your back doesn't get too bad esp the further on we get x
That's good news cosmo bet this week will drag waiting for a scan. Think Im going to book a private one for next week too, 12 weeks is far too long!

Morning ladies, I have the dentist tthis morning! Boo! Just a check up so I think I can manage that.
I'm gonna go in search of some sickness bands for my bad days, then crack on and start my dissertation. If my brain will function!

A week till my booking appointment.

Congrats on the 3+ cosmo!

X

Im such a wimp, I can't move I feel so sick! Im a phobic so find this stage of pregnancy very hard, takes all my will power and not eating to avoid being sick argh!

I've just bought some bands, gonna wait till I feel iffy until I put them on.

My dentist told me that he'll get bigger doors installed for my next appointment in 6 months! Cheek of it!

Nausea really kicked in for me, today I feel bloody awful, it comes in waves throughout the day, had none of this with my son. Ordered some bands from Amazon, bargain with free delivery, hope they work! Happy Monday ladies :-)

Congrats sweetpea!

Is it wrong that I really just really enjoyed a grated cheese and ketchup sandwich!?

Hi,
I'm new to this site and so thought I should introduce myself! I'm Amy and 6 weeks pregnant. This is my first pregnancy and I am nervous about everything! Will be happy once the baby is here :)

Congratulations sweet pea.

Hope the bands work for you Mrs V and Jazzy

Welcome Amy. I'm on my first pregnancy too and know exactly what you mean about being nervous about everything.

oh and jazzy yes it is a bit wrong but if this isn't the time when you can eat crazy things then when is??

I have been "working" at home today but it has not involved as much of the working part as it really should have which I'm sure I'll regret when I'm back in the office tomorrow

xx
