Cam anyone recommend a good one? Want to get one for Drake for Xmas, he'll be 12 weeks then, is he ok to go in at that age? I need one that's good support for him but will grow with him if you know what I mean?

Oh an are those door bouncy things any good?

Jumperoos are fab and so are the bounce and spin frog things from m/care which we got as it was a lot cheaper. It's similar but with less add ons. Oscar loves his.

I found door bouncers a bit of an inconvenience tbh. A pain to put up then take down and walk round.... X

Ah I seen those frog ones, they well look cute!

My nephews got the fisher price rainforest one and he loves it and he's only 12 weeks! Not sure about the door bouncer though

I seen that one two chaz..so hard to choose! Perhaps I should Sit him in some to see which peaks his interest lol

Hes noticing more colour now (he was smiling looking at the polish can yesterday pmsl) so am looking forward to getting loads more proper toys.

I've been looking at toys but can't find anything that charley might like! He loves lights so I got the fisher price ocean wonders rocking aquarium and he hates it! Took me a hour to build it but everytime I put him on it he crys! I wish he was more intrested in things but he gets bored after 5mins unless I'm constantly talking to him! He doesn't even like the telly!!

Drake was EXACTLY the same hun, i bought him loads of little toys, some with lights etc..Nothing and i mean nothing peaked his interest...he'd look straight past it and smile at the door  Even putting him in front of the telly in his bouncer so i can do bottles he's more interested in the lampost outside! Nothing entertained him. BUT he's getting loads better, he actually smiled at the lights and sounds teddy i bought him the other day. He's also starting to use his hands more..he likes looking at them so i put a soft toy rattle in his hand and he kept it held for about 5 mins!

My parents got Ella a rainforest jumperoo for christmas but we have it here already as she doesn't know the difference- she LOVES it!

My sil said that about my nephew! He's 13 weeks now and only the last 2/3 weeks he's started to get intrested in toys and can get himself occupied! I can't wait for charley to do that, there's only so many times I can sing Laceys nursery rhymes book lol

Bless! I get face ache from smiling and stuff all the time..my back is starting to break too with carrying him around everywhere!

Looks like the rain forest one is a goodun then..thanks girls!

Jumperoo fun!

Aw bless her, she looks tiny in there! Xx

You should defo go for the jumperoo, I'm so raging that I couldn't get one when Odhrán was small enough for it, we hadn't got the room in my mummys and by the time we moved out he was too old for it.. Another good thing is that they're very popular and when you're finished with it and if you're wanting to sell you get a good price on ebay for them x

herbie was a playgroup the other day laying on the playmat and one of the sure start ladys hung beads from it hanging over him he loved it and was holding onto the beads its little things you dont think of that sometimes they really like
