Thanks ladies - well its just past midnight and hubbys just left, so he managed to be here!

Baby Griffin Beau Jones was born at 8:55 pm by section
He is grunting a tiny bit so keeping an eye on him, but on ward with me ( empty six bay ward!)
He looks like my 4.5 yr old , blonde and gorgous, he weighs 5 lb 5 oz at 36 wks plus 3 days, I just knew i was not going to my date ! Waters leeking on the trains was lovely, they just kept coming!!

Hes still naked, on my chest having skin to skin, hes had one slow but good feed
Hubby rang his parents after and surprised them with the news I was preg! Ha
Im announcing on facebook tomorow when I can actually see him, haven't been able to see his body much yet

CONGRATULATIONS JJ!! I do have to say that I can't believe you jumped in front of me!! I am now officially the last August mum to be. I am so sad for myself. You enjoy your beautiful boy.

Thanks guys - were still in hospital, desperate to get home!
Im feeling so much better but still no poos! Since before birth.

Ive got lactulose , fibrogel, suppositories to take home, two different antibiotics, ibuprofen, paracetamol, anti dvt injections
Waiting on a blood test now... Fingers crossed x

Glad you are feeling a little better JJ Mum. You might find that getting home to familiar surrounding helps with the bowels. Hope you and baby get home soon. X

Thanks ladies, we got home very late wed night so had one day at home, been feeding regularly as a nurse from the hosp is coming to our house today to check his bloods have remained stable, fingers crossef as I just can't imagine going back in!!

Swollen feet today so having s loafy day to rest , but the rest of me is starting to feel more human now, im very glad im not doing this again tho ha
