Jade Goody

From what I have read it seems Jade had abnormal smear results at some point and ignored them, if anything can be learned from this I hope young women get over their fear of going for smears and realise the embarrassment is nothing compared to the risk of not getting it done

Its sad I agree. I honestly cant stand the woman but this is very sad to have happened.

As much as I can't stand her, I feel really sorry for her. It must be pretty awful, especially at such a young age. I've avoided getting smears up until now, but now I'll be getting them as soon as I can.

this story is so close to my heart she is my age and has 2 gorgeous boys its devastating news to be told this i can't imagine what she is going through i feel so sorry for her.

Thats so sad i hope they can do something but its not looking good. Poor Jade and her family.

I read this today and its so sad, I canty imagine how Jade must be feeling knowing that she is going to leave her boys without a mother so early

I really hope she gets a miracle  and that somehow the disease disappears. I really feel for her

Exactly my thoughts

Oh no, that's devastating. :( :( She's so young and so are her poor boys, how awful.

i've never been fond of her, but it really is sad. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Her poor children :(

It's heartbreaking.....how do you even begin to come to terms with that?!?!

One word ladies.......SMEAR!!!!!

If you haven't been, book it tomorrow!

I read this too, i felt so cold listening, so young with young boys its such a shame!!!

I think it is something you should start doing when you become sexually active?

It's 25 hun, something i'm quite sad about actually. I only got mine done at 21 because I complained about some symptoms. Turns out I had abnormal cells, CIN 3! Which means had I of had to wait until I was 25 which is what they tell you I would have had cancer :(

 Wow! I am shocked at that. I had always thought it was something you got done earlier than that. Thanks for putting me right.
