I've done it!!!

OH and I went out today and I thought the little lady was well fed before we left.
Well she started grumbling while we were having lunch so I needed to feed to her. I contemplated going to the toilet but OH persuaded me to just go for it and feed her where I was!
So I managed to BF in public today! I am very proud of myself as I always thought I wouldn't have had the courage to do it. I covered with LO's blanket from the pram and everything was ok, a little fiddly without my pillow but she got what she wanted and I felt really pleased.

A bit self indulgent really but for those new mummies who may have some worries or doubts about it I say just go for it and don't worry what anyone says it really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

Well done- it gets easier the more times you do it.

I always think if the first time is unplanned then you dont get worked up about it, and come the next time it doesn't bother you as much x

Fantastic! It's lovely when you get the 1st one out in public out of the way, then the more you do it the easier it becomes.

I think it's so important that people see it as a normal part of having a baby well done!!!
