I vowed never to do a preg test before the day I 'think' my period is due.

Im 9dpo and was in the chemist today and they had 3 for 2 on hpts. Of course I was sucked in. I bought 1 packet of 2pack clear blue digi early and I pack of first response.

Then I had to poas when I got home from work didnt I....oh yes. I used the first response which reckons it can detect a bfp up to 5 days before your due.

Not even a hint of a line. I feel ive let myself down for not sticking to my guns. Big time! And depressed cos I got a BFN.

What a t*at is all I can say.

In the cage girl....don't know if you know of the cage but the TTC girls lock up girls who test early and disappoint themselves in the cage!! don't be upset it doesnt mean you aren't pregnant as it could be too early, your hormones could be too low for the test to detect yet..i think the early responses show 25% positives up to 5 days before you are due on.

Hardly any people show BFP before 10dpo (very few) and most people after this time, sometimes 12dpo and some 2 weeks after AF is due! Theres still hope hun so good luck

Its horrible seeing that BFN I hate it, I just pray its a bit early at 9dpo like some of you ladies have said. Thanks for being there ladies.

Im going to test again monday I think.

Grr i was in the middle of replying to you and my street had a black out for 2 hours
it was awful!

Anyway...You have to have hope positive atitude is never bad (ok..apart from if your X factor and you think you can sing and you cannot!! lol) its not over until AF arrives and if that happens pick yourself up..and get ready for your 2nd month!

Today is my 27th day, last 2 cycles have been 26 days and 27 days. So I will test again tomorrow if AF doesn't make an appearance before then.

Got my fingers crossed so hard it hurts!

Think its game over anyhow, done a few tests and all neg. Just waiting for AF now, hope it comes soon so I can get back to normal
