No WAY am I letting my baby suck his thumb when he's old enough to fall asleep without a fuss! 7 years old, Jesus!

Dont get me wrong babies and little kids sucking there thumb sssooooo cute - but when there 7 doing it all the time, i just didnt like it, then again some mums say its easier to get them off the thumb- - Alice uses the dummy until she falls asleep only when she is very fussy and then once she is asleep and it drops out she doesnt wake for it, but the next morning her hand or sleeve or mitten are wet through from sucking on her hand so i think when she finds her thumb she will be a thumb sucker, as long as she grows out of it by school i wont mind lol x

Leandros a thumb sucker and I'm not too pissed at the moment. I think when he starts interacting more with toys and things I'm gonna try stop it. But it is a godsend and so cute too. I love babies that suck thier thumbs xxx
