Is this teething related? (Possible TMI)

Ive read a few things online, a lot of it contradictory, so i was just wondering what your thoughts were...

LO is 7 months old, seems fine within himself, as chirpy as ever, is still producing plenty of wet nappies, and he doesnt have a fever.
He is also teething, and its been getting worse for him over the last few days (Ive been giving a dose of calpol once a day when he gets uncomfortable and it seems to have helped).

(Here comes the TMI part)
Yesterday morning LO had a poop that was fine in consistency but was mind bogglingly smelly (with lots of smelly wind for an hour or two beforehand). He pooped twice more later on in the afternoon, and they were both watery and extra smelly.

He's been off his milk today, and later in the afternoon threw up his milk every time he had some (3 bottles - once each time) The first time was an hour afterwards, the other two times was straight after.

He does have reflux so im used to spit up, but the throwing up seemed different, it was more projectile and he made a hiccupping sound when it happened...it didnt seem to bother him at all though.

He also didnt want to take his ranitidine in the evening - he normally loves the stuff. And his daytime naps werent longer than half an hour.

He fell asleep at 11pm ish and is still asleep now...im going to see how he is this morning after he wakes up, and see if he can keep his first bottle down etc and give NHS direct a call if he's still under the weather.

Just wondering if anyone else experienced this when their LO's were teething or if you think it sounds more virusy?

alot of babies get unwell when they teeth, Jackson has been teething since and he is always teething so I never know if his unwellness is due to teething or picking it up from nursery LOL.

id give NHS a bell, only because he needs to get some dehydration as well as food in him.

xxxxxx
