is this "normal"

I'm nearly 31 weeks and have developed a constant nausea, horrible sicky feeling in my belly . Coupled with a slight headache that's there permanently.

I also have restless legs but this has turned into a desire to itch them ... Like a prickly feeling

Its driving me crazy , so bad I want to cut them off . My back of my neck also itches / feels sore

Does sickness return with a vengeance like this or should I contact my midwife ?

I have heard of nausea returning in 3rd tri. So I think its the norm. And I've had itch skin for months now. But maybe ask the mw about that xx

I would always discuss anything like this with your midwife as they may be symptoms for something she can help with, or something more serious that needs addressing, particularly if the itching has become so intense.

Mention - especially on hands and feet as this is a sign of oc.
