Is this normal?

I have found the past week I have had increased discharge it is clear but loads as in makes me feel damp! Tmi! I am just worried as usual it's quite watery too

I've had this for weeks. I started off with a pantyliner and am now in to pads I hope I'm not weeing myself and not knowing! Lol.
