hi

I'm 30 weeks tomorrow and just so exhausted I don't know what to do with myself. I had iron levels tested and they are really good but it seems I need to sleep 3 times a day and still feel exhausted. Is that normal?

I have a 5 year old and it was not like this for my first pregnancy but I am 40 now and think it i am just too old to cope with it. I have PGP (SPD?) as well which makes it difficult to move about. I do sleep ok overnight mostly although I do tend to wake early but just want to know that this level of tiredness is not something to worry about.

Hiya I'm 32 weeks I also have the PGP and three other boys I'm still working too I'm like you and totally exhausted I'm 33 it's been 9 years since my last boy was born so I'm putting it down to age for me lol. I do think it's pretty normal our bodies are still doing so much to create these babies. Xx

Hiya im the same 31 weeks 3rd baby im 30 and have spd bad but im the same im struggling to stay awake most days and im physically exhausted!

Same! 33 with first baby. I had a few nice weeks of not feeling exhausted but now I may as well be back in the first trimester for how rough I feel! I really have to push myself to get things done at the moment :( xx

My second pregnancy was by far my sleepiest.

For the SPD/PGP I highly recommend this video on youtube

(Spd yoga) I cannot begin to tell you how much this has made a difference. With my 3rd I was in so much pain all the time and got referred to physio which didnt help. Just going from the sofa to the loo was very painful.

This time the pain flared up at 19 weeks. I have only done this video a few times but have no pain other than the odd warning twinge. Resting too much will also make it worse sadly.
