Is paracetamol safe to take?

Hi ladies,

Bit pointless asking this now really as I took paracetamol this morning because I was feeling fluey and had to get to work. The packet just says consult your doc first so I took the risk.
Does anyone know if it is safe in early pregnancy? I'm 13 wks.

its fine to take all way through your pregnancy

They put to ask your doctor on alot of medicine labels, mainly to cover the company in case anyone had an adverse reaction to them, and are usually very safe
