the other night my nan let her yorkshire terrier dog out into the front garden at 7pm to do her business but when she came back in literally FIVE minutes later, some lowlife had stolen her collar right off her neck!! It was pink & glittery with a metal welsh flag name tag. Nothings safe these days!
