Me and OH are mulling over names for out lil boy and have managed to come across one that we both like. We both wanted something modern over traditional, but not something too off the wall. What do you think to this:

Blake David Mace :good:

David is our chosen middle name as it is a family name on my side. We have decided we wont be announcing our chosen name until he is born, which hasn't gone down well with the Grandparents  so I have another 4 months to change my mind if needed! lol :)

I really like it hun :-) xxx

I like Blake hun...its unique but not too wildly out there :) xxx

I like it Hun. We've decided to keep stum to family on any name choices too xx

It's nice :)
Agree keep it a total secret from family, not a chance I'll divulge any of our chosen names for another after all the stick I got for Cameron
:(

i like the name its not a common name but not too odd too. its a name that will suit a baby a teen and an adult, some names r a bit iffy for both child and adult but i think u have come up with a good one there.

i take it from ur name ur from durham, i grew up there too.

I don't think blake is that ususual these days, just more American or Aussie sounding than UK. I think you have to be more careful with boys names, that they aren't too out there. My only comment would be that the girl from Gossip Girl is called Blake, but I still think of it as a boys name.

I like it. Considered it for our lo but oh wasnt convinced.

I don't think its unusual at all x

Sent from my shit hot phone! Fo shizzle home girls.

I think is a lovely name if you live further south, but my northern accent would destroy it xx

lovely name, not too unusual atall , go for it

I like it!

We aren't sharing our name choice with family either, as we will get opinions and we don't want them!

I like Blake a lot x
