Dye your hair? I know that may sound like a silly question but when I was ttc I read an article that said dying your hair can effect your chance of conceiving. And I occasionally get acrylic nails on- can I still get them on or are the chemicals bad for me now?

I dye my hair during pg but don't use permanents. Pregnancy can make the ammonia turn your hair weird colours

acrylic nails are advised to be removed as they harbour bacteria under them so best avoided during pregnancy.
i use semi permenant hair dye.....
can u perm ur hair while ur pregnant???

Dont know about the nails but my friend who is a hairdresser had a baby last year and she was always dying her hair while pregnant.

I have done it once but i waited until after 12 weeks.

I so need to do my hair again, the greys are coming thick and fast! I'm only 26!!!!
