Is it normal at 17 weeks to get occasional cramps?

I get em, looked in tinternet and they said that it was coz your baby is going through a period of rapid growth and therefore you will get some bad cramps and not to worry!!

I don't remember them at all with Ben but have felt cramps, pains, discomfort all the way through with this one. Maybe i've just forgotten them from my first pregnancy!

My belly is odd really coz somedays I look really preggers and others I just look a bit fat!! Really odd!!

I'm same as Benji's mum! I cant remember having cramps through my other 2 pregnancy's but I get them most days with this one!

Yeah and when I do look big its kinda all at the bottom of the bump if that makes any sense!! I would love a nice even bump!! My sil is 5 weeks ahead of me and has a lovely big bump, I have bump envy!!

Bump will upload pics later tonight. Ones lying high and one low so even bump for now but will get bigger!!!

Yes can't believe there's 2 in there sometimes! Will hopefully soon feel proper kicks! 17 weeks now shouldn't be long x

hey, ive just joined this site and my first post lol. i am 17+2 today and have been getting period like pains since yesterday, and a kinda like stitch. im guessing it where baby is moving and stretching all ur bits about inside. i dont mind tho as long as baby is ok in there, it can do wat it likes lol! xxx

Definitely hun, at any time it can be normal
I have it sometimes. It's all about stretching and your body changing/adjusting!
Also, you might be due a period around about now, a lot of women have pains when they 'should' have had a period xxx
