I know you shouldn't take caster oil orally in pregnancy (despite what my grandma tells me) I know it's dangerous and I'm not going to but is it safe as a massage oil?

I need an oil that is a carrier oil for essential oils I have castor oil already which is why I'm asking x

I would use something like coconut/olive/almond.

I've heard from a few different sources that castor
Oil isn't safe when pregnant. I think it has something to do with removing toxins? Can't remember but i would avoid to be safe xxx

There's also a whole load of essential oils that shouldn't be used in pregnancy, even in a carrier oil

Wheatgerm oil maybe? A carrier and full of vit e which is good for the skin... a lot of the perineum massage oils I was looking at a while ago seem to be based on that!

Isn't castor oil quite dark? I'd think it would stain skin tbh lol

I'd use coconut, olive or almond oil like Lou suggested :)
