It's getting ridiculous how knackered I am. I'm going to bed as soon as i get home from work, getting up at about 7.30 to eat and then I'm back in bed asleep by 8.30pm. I had to take Wednesday and Thursday off sick as I was wiped out by Monday and Tuesday. I worked on Friday but on Saturday I got up at 10 am and by midday I was back in bed for the entire rest of the day. Managed to get up for 2 hours in the evening and that was it. Today I literally couldnt get up til 1pm. My weekends are a total write-off! How will I manage to go to work tomorrow? It's going to kill me!

How are the rest of you coping with this? Or am I the only one?

Oh bless you - I do remember being that tired in my last PG.

This time around I'm a wee way off that stage as yet!!

I am the same hun hoping it will go off soon sickness is starting to wear off now so hoping tiredness goes next!

I felt like that but unfortuneatly I couldnt get any rest as my 3 year old has me run ragged and then when he goes to bed i have housework etc to do :( this weekend he's gone to his dads so i literally have been bumming around the house in my pjs just eating, sleeping and watching telly lol I dont particularly care that the weather is nice out lol Ive got some me time and Im gonna make the most of it!!! lol

Luckily I shold be getting to the end of that phase now, you are nearly there too!! And also luckily my little man starts nursery ins eptember for 3 WHOLE HOURS A DAY :) woo hoo lol not that I dont want him around just those 3 hours will be crucial for me to rest when Im nearer the end :)

Not long till you are out the other side hun...just make sure you're taking your vits and eating good stuff to keep you healthy :) xxxx

I feel knackered too. Had a week off work doing literally nothing and am still wrecked. I dread going back tomorrow :-(

I'm glad you said that. I have felt less sick these past 3 days and it was worrying me, in my book it says it eases off from 11 - 14 weeks, stupid book

Apparently symptoms can start easing as the placenta takes over, from 9 weeks onwards!

yep nackered over here off sick from work today. In my defence I do work 12 hr shifts

I'm absolutely shattered! On the weekend I don't have to do anything and I have to have a nap by 1 and its a 3 hour nap! Obviously at work I can't have a nap so when I'm feeling tired I drink more water or have a hot choc to help my energy levels it seems to work but by the end of the work I just want to go to bed as soon as I get home! x

I feel tired all the time but when i try and get some sleep i can't!! Woke up every half hour last night, so today i am drained but still cant sleep. getting rather frustrating :(

about 3 weeks ago I felt so tired one saturday afternoon that I started crying!
Its such an awful feeling that you sleep and sleep and sleep and feel no better.
Thankfully, it has started easing off the last week or so but yesterday I was on the couch and got all cosy and nearly cried again when i realised I had to get up to go to to the supermarket. Was trying to think of all ways I could get out of it but in the end had to force myself. I was so miserable :(

Same here. Working 12 hour shifts doesn't really help with that, either, and night shifts are practically unsurvivable. Have to admit that I am struggling a bit...

same here - can't sleep longer than about 6 hours at night because I wake up and just cant gt back to sleep so am just completely lacking in energy all day.:nap:

work shifts too and have nearly cried at work a few times feeling sorry for myself :) and night shifts are def the worst

listen to me moaning about something I hoped and prayed for for so long :)

I feel so lethargic too, all the time, but, strangely enough, if I try to take a nap, I can't fall asleep!! SO frustrating. And I can't have copious amounts of coffee either to keep me awake.
