I'm still very early on but I can help myself

We had my sons name (Odhrán) from 8 weeks pregnant, it was Cara for a girl.

I'm happy to use Cara if we get a girl this time round but I'm really loving Fionn and Seosamh for a boy.

Any suggestions? X

I've always loved Niamh and Caiomhe (think that spelling is right)

You are going to have to give me a clue of how all those are pronounced though as I've never come across them.

I love Niamh but OH isn't fussed :brat:

Fionn is Finn, Seosamh is Irish for Joseph and is pronounced shaw-su x

Aww girls anyone who adds names can u please say how to pronounce them and give me some girl names? I love Irish names but I don't know enough! My family is irish but all have 'common' english/irish names. My girl is due in June so any ideas welcome xx

My names Cara. But it's spelt Caragh, everyone ALWAYS comments on it & says how it's unusual and they always know it's Irish x

Not too sure if Grannine is Irish, it's pretty unique though. It's nice!
