Hi all,
Well Im about 5 weeks PG now so I thought I better wander over from the TTC section and say hello. As we will be spending at least the next 9 months together I thought it would be nice to introduce ourselves and tell each other a bit about us.
So I will start:

My name is Cat, Im 25 and my partner is 35. This will be my second child as I have a 10 month old sone called Noah. I live in Beccles at the mo, but (fingers crossed) I will be moving to Norwich shortly. I listen to Rock/Metal and like reading cult fiction and films. I work part time in a local pub and study for an OU degree in my spare time.

This is my first pregnancy, it was a bit of a shock even though we were trying - I was told I'd have trouble conceiving naturally so came off the pill - and 2 weeks later I was pregnant! I'm over the moon!

I like most types of music,

At the moment I'm working as [Removed personal information] but not enjoying it! I'm trying to stick it out until I can go on Maternity Leave, then hopefully be a SAHM for as long as possible.

 

Hi, I'm Becky. I'm 21 and live in Leeds with my fiancé Richard, but I'm hoping to move to Bedford (where we lived before I went to Uni) before my baby arrives.

Hi I'm Emma, 26, originally from Birmingham, but now live in Derby with my OH who is 29. We weren't TTC, so baby # 1 is a nice surprise for us. We run our own business which has been set up for almost 3 years and wish we had some money to show for it. Oh well, the plan was always for early retirement anyway rather than pots of cash.

Love chilling out at home with my OH and catching up with friends and family.

I'm Kina, I'm 24 and live in Devon with my DH Matt. We've got an 8 month old little girl and I am currently pg with my 2nd bub. I'm a stay at home mum, I enjoy reading, films and watching tv (can't wait for series 3 of Lost ).

Me too I've been having such withdrawal symptoms!!! I think that it starts again in the US beginning of October so I'll be right on my PC waiting to download it the next day. I'm sad

oh my word ive been here so long now im part of the furniture
but for those who dont know me
im rach im 33 live with df gareth whos 24
i have a 13 yr old son luke and gareth has a 6 yr old son daniel and together we had a son in april jamie who was born sleeping
im now about 7wks pregnant and hoping all goes well this time
i normally work in a clothes shop but still on maternity leave at the moment will be going back when im 16 wks pregnant but not for long obviously
other than that i like reading, watching tv, swimming, cats and playing on the pc xxxxxxxx

My name's Bryony. I'm 30 and my boyfriend's 28 and we've been together for 4 years. We both live in London and work as scientists, me for the NHS in leukaemia diagnostics and haematology, and him in paediatric research.

Just found out we're expecting our first baby! a bit of a shock as it wasn't exactly planned but a pleasant surprise nontheless. Only 4 wks 1 day so it's still early days yet. Really scared. Even though it's something I wanted I never expected to feel so freaked out and excited at once

Slowly getting used to the idea of someone growing inside me. I'm just praying everything goes smoothly and trying not to get paranoid about every twinge I get which is extremely hard as I'm abit of a worrywart at the best of times.

Aww hun! It is a very exciting time and emotional one too with all the hormones flying around! LOL!
Its hard not to think of the bad stuff when we get a twinge or something, but here on the forum its very reassuring when people say ur just crazy !!

Hello!

Well I'm Sarah and I'm 27, I am originally from Birmingham but recently moved to Oxford. The reason we moved is my OH was living in London and me in Birmingham and Oxford is halfway and a nice place, so here we are!

We have 7 year old twins(girl and boy) marriage and this is our first bio one together...I say bio as we class Beth and Tom as 'ours'.

He is 32 and from Sweden and works as an audio engineer in London for a tv company, I am purely English and worked as a bamker for 6 years before I resigned to come here.

At present I am a lady of leisure but hopefully this will all change as I have a job interview for a HR position for BMW on Wed...wish me luck

I like swimming and socialising in nice bars and restaurants and I like a wide variety of music such as snow patrol and the Killers to dancey music, motown,the rat pack etc...
