Internal Pains

Is it normal to be having internal vaginal pains? I've said to my GP and the Doctor at the Early Preg Clinic and they didn't say anything. I've googled it and it can be things stretching apparently but it feels like someone is stabbing me every now and again. Sometimes the pain lasts for a few seconds, other times it can last for 30 seconds. I've no cramps or tummy pain and have had no bleeding for over a week as I had a tiny bit of spotting. I'm 7+2 and last week found out there were 2 babies.

Is this normal?

I have this at times it come randomly and then suddenly goes ! not sure I also presume it must be stretching pains and body adjusting ? I am 9 weeks And 1 day today

Thank god its not just me! Not had any for a couple of hours but earlier it was really bad x

Hey vic I randomly get sharp pains now and then enough that I have to hold it for a second! Must look really random the the untrained pregnancy eye lol x

Mine is like I've just been stabbed or what I think labour might slightly feel like. I had a really lovely Doctor and Midwife today, they both said its totally normal and not to worry, I'll still worry x
