Insomnia??

Hi all for the last week I'm in and out of sleep all night usually waking and staying awake about six. Now this really isn't me as you can prob guess from my name I Like to sleep lol is any one else experiencing this xxx

I wake up between 3 and 4am every day. I usually take the opportunity to go for a pee. Normally I can force myself back to sleep. Not this morning though. Absolutely knackered now. Last day at work this week so at least I can rest tomorrow.

Yes...after my bfp I started to get nausea at that time too. I cant seem to have a lie in either its like I ping awake and cant get back to sleep...I love sleep too

I had that til about last week now I sleep all the time no trouble

Yes!! I wake up practically on the hour. Last night I needed to pee about half 1. Then I woke at 4,5 and 6. Was the same the night before. Always at 4! I think it's because we have so much going on with our brains and bodies!
