Induced second time around???

Hi ladies,

I was induced with my daughter at 10 days over and I'm expecting baby number 2. For those who were induced with your first child, did this happen again second time around?? Really hoping I go naturally this time. Thanks

I was also induced with Oliver and had an assisted delivery with ventouse. I was speaking to my midwife and she said that she could almost guarantee that this baby would come naturally, have no intervention and be a quicker birth. So who knows!

My friend went into labour naturally with her first two and was induced with the third so I think it's a guessing game.

Fingers crossed we both get our natural ones! My induction was great but would have liked to have been a little bit more mobile x

I was induced with my first at 12 dats over. I was determined to go natural with my second (as not planning on anymore babies!)

I got my consultant and midwife to agree to give me sweeps from 39 weeks to try and encourage me to labour naturally

I still went over, but after 2 sweeps at 39+2 and 40+2 baby Finley arrived naturally at 40+6

Was lovely to deliver without any assistance (first was assisted with forceps) so it def can be achieved xxx

That's my hope too. I was induced first time around at 42 weeks. I just want baby to arrive naturally this time.

I was induced last time at 40+12 and it ended in a section, so my consultant has said no inductions this time, it's natural or csection. This worked out as I went in ready to tell her I was not having another induction for all the tea in China!

Thanks ladies I didn't have such a great experience with my induction, ended with assisted forceps delivery and episiotomy. Fingers crossed I go natural this time x
